About Northeast Anesthesia Consulting

Numerous Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) exhibit limited enthusiasm for extended tenures as employees. Various factors contribute to the incompatibility of conventional employer-employee dynamics with their preferences. A segment of nurse anesthetists discover empowerment in overseeing their financial choices, while others gravitate toward increased authority over their schedules. Despite the rationales, it's evident that we share significant common ground: our expertise is sought after, our dedication to our craft is unwavering, and our desire for respect is mutual.

By creating the Northeast Anesthesia community, we empower CRNAs to provide exceptional service across the region while retaining the autonomy of independent contractors. Through this community, we're redefining the way CRNAs work. You can thrive professionally while still enjoying the flexibility and benefits of independent contracting.

Join us in shaping a future where your skills are celebrated, and your career flourishes. Together, let's make a significant impact on healthcare and our profession.

Hospitals require a consistent and reliable stream of CRNAs, especially during peak demand periods. Currently, they invest significant resources into staffing, often with results that are less than dependable. Our mission is to transform the landscape of how we nurture our professional relationships.

We aim to revolutionize the approach, ensuring seamless connections between skilled CRNAs and hospitals. Predictability, reliability, and excellence are at the core of our vision.

By working together with a shared objective, we have the ability to create advantages that extend to everyone involved, including our patients both in Boston and beyond. Join us as we unite to shape a future of impactful healthcare delivery.

About Dan Vasquez, CRNA

Daniel is the founder of Northeast Anesthesia Consulting and has been facilitating connections in the medical community for 8 years.

He has 11 years of clinical expertise as a CRNA in a wide variety of institutions in the Northeast, from community settings and surgical centers, to large academic institutions.

Daniel has been an anesthesia team member in the following institutions

  • Yale-New Haven Hospital, CT

  • Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, CT

  • Boston Medical Center, MA

  • Cambridge Health Alliance, MA

  • Mercy Medical Center, MA

  • Berkshire Medical Center, MA

  • Brigham and Women’s Hospital, MA

I have been developing professional relationships with healthcare organizations for years as a staff CRNA. Anywhere I go, I am asked to stay. This became an internal conflict for me because even though I would love to stay and work where I am needed, I can’t because I just love working everywhere. Eventually, I realized I can maintain my work arrangement, yet be able to sell my services in the region. I know I am not alone so I decided to form Northeast Anesthesia Consulting, PLLC to service the region.

By creating the Northeast Anesthesia community, I want to revolutionize the way we connect with institutions.
